Glass items shipping charges will be calculated according to weight .(No refund or replacement available)

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 4 to 7 days after the order has been placed and accepted by us. Aquariums may take little more time in case of customized or big size depending on it You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online

We collect orders on all days, and will dispatch it as possible with updates.
No RTO for any orders .
If any orders are getting RTO No refund .

1. Rates of plants in stem cateogary and Rhizhome cateogary are for a single plant.

2. Plants image shown are for reference and it can vary from the actual plant as they can be either emersed grown or submerged grown!

3. Delivery is possible only inside India.

4.Delivery orders are send via,courier, as the customer prefers.They will be sent on any days .If any holidays then the customer will be informed . 

5. Cash on delivery is not available on any orders because shipping partners won't accept cod orders on live packages.

6. For direct pickup order, after placing your order and getting your bill, Mention your preferred time to collect your order, as plants will be only kept ready few hours before the pickup time.

7. Orders will be shipped on week days except Sunday .
